Terms of Service

By accessing our website or using our design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

We provide professional UI/UX design services including:

• Website and mobile app design
• Logo and brand identity design
• Banner and marketing material design
• Custom icon and vector illustration
• Presentation design and templates
• User experience research and testing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• 50% payment required to begin work
• Final payment due upon project completion
• Payment methods: UPI, Bank Transfer, PayPal
• Late payments may result in project delays
• Refunds available within 3 days of project initiation

Intellectual property rights are transferred to the client upon final payment:

• Final design files and assets
• Source files (where applicable)
• Usage rights for intended purposes
• Portfolio rights for designer (with client permission)
• Third-party assets remain under their respective licenses

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing clear project requirements and feedback
• Timely communication and decision-making
• Ensuring content provided is legally owned or licensed
• Providing necessary brand guidelines and assets
• Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timelines

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Services provided "as is" without warranties
• Client is responsible for final implementation and testing
• We are not liable for third-party service issues

Either party may terminate a project with written notice:

• 7 days written notice required
• Client pays for work completed up to termination date
• Partial deliverables provided for completed work
• Refund of unused portion of initial payment
